Stunning villa and stunning views

This stunning villa has amazing views. Great facilities and fabulous pool. Car essential and driveway up to villa is extremely steep. The area is very peaceful and the area around Salobrena is lovely and quite Spanish.

A perfect place for a family holiday.

This is a truly delightful place for a multi-generational family holday on the Tropical Coast. The villa is beautifully designed and lives up completely to the description and photos on Vrbo. The pool is an excellent size and, when heated to 22C, it was perfect for hours of family fun. The bedrooms are fine - not luxurious, but perfectly functional. Great to have four bathrooms with excellent showers, but they are quite small. Once you get used to the steep ramp up to the car parking area, it is fine, with space for three cars. More would be tricky. The general environment is mature, attractive and well maintained. The road up to the villa is lovely, but quite narrow and without any pavement for pedestrians. A car is essential. The agents for the propety, based at Hotel Miba, were very welcoming anf helpful. They have provided a wide range of excellent information in a handbook in the villa. The Mercadona supermarket, about ten minutes from the villa is modern and very well stocked, and has its own extensive parking on two floors.

Perfect villa holiday

We chose this villa because it was accessible for my disabled mother-in-law. The owner is apparently a wheelchair user so everything was absolutely spot on, no steps or narrow openings to worry about and the bathroom was fully accessible too. Even the pool had handrails available if needed. Beautiful location with views to die for. Lots of space to chill out and a huge comfortable lounge area to escape the sun. I can’t fault anything. It will certainly be a hard act to follow for our future holiday accommodation! 10 out of 10!

We had a very enjoyable time in Villa Plata, beautiful villa, with amazing views and the warm swimming pool was great pleasure! Beautiful quiet area. It was everything we hoped it would be!

Avis très favorable

Nous avons aimé la modernité et le confort de la maison. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée (mais avec un coût supplémentaire). Par contre nous avons regretté l’absence de végétation pouvant procurer de l’ombre près de la piscine. La photo d’appel est trompeuse car on y voit des arbres qui n’appartiennent pas à la propriété. Le parking était compliqué à gérer (4 voitures). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de trouver le réfrigérateur rempli à notre arrivée. Nous étions très satisfaits de notre séjour dans l’ensemble .

Veldig fin utsikt og utforming, men langt og bratt til strand og innkjøp. Lite tilgang på uteområde med skygge. Få parasoller. Alt i alt hadde vi ei nydeleg veke, 10 godt vaksne personar.

Trivsam villa med underbar utsikt

Mycket bra planlösning och underbar utsikt! Dock måste man ha bil för att förflytta sig och man kan inte promenera alls då det är slingrande smala vägar för biltrafik. Detta framgick inte av annonsen och utgjorde ett hinder för oss då vi hade småbarn med oss. Annars var det ett härligt ställe att bo på.

Beautiful views

The drive to the property was so steep, not all cars can get up the drive to park the car. The villa was beautiful and so were the views but the villa wasn’t very clean and missing things like oven gloves, pegs for hanging washing, sharp knives. We stayed for 2 weeks and we didn’t have a cleaner come in half way through our stay and we had to strip our beds and remake them after the first week, very unusual, normally a villa is cleaned after week 1.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Aussichtslage

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich mit großzügigem Pool und toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg mit ca. 2 km runter nach Salobrena bzw.an die Strände. Strände sind kieselig. Alles in allem ist dieser Ort touristisch noch nicht so überlaufen, was uns gut gefiel. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

In jeder Hinsicht wunderbar

Diese Villa war für unsere Gruppe von 9 Personen perfekt. Zu jedem Zimmer ein Bad, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Maschinen und Geschirr und für unseren rollstuhlfahrenden Freund war alles so eingerichtet, dass er sehr selbstständig sein konnte. Auch die Sicht auf das Meer war natürlich fantastisch. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte, ist die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Verwaltung. Beide waren sehr zu unserem Wohl besorgt. Ein Wort und jedes kleinste Problem wurde sofort oder innerhalb von ein paar Stunden gelöst. Für uns hätte es nicht besser sein können. Dieser Ort trägt sehr zu erholsamen Ferien bei. Herzlichen Dank!
