Salou is beautiful

Was apprehensive at first with all the rules on check in but once there it was brilliant. We had a lovely apartment with a great view and everything that we needed for our short break.

Good value

A lot better than expected judging by the reviews. Would stay again and great value for money. Apartments could be a little cleaner but not filthy by any means.

WORST PLACE TO STAY IN SALOU! Been coming to salou for the past 10 years and normally stay at Vila romana however decided to try an apartment this year. The check-in process was very long winded with a lot of staff being trained up still, once we got given the room keys and making our way through we was appalled to find the whole ground floor as a active building site with work commencing from 7am every morning. The room itself had a broken fridge, with tiny dents scattered over it, the balcony door was broken (had to keep our child away) the bathroom was uncleaned and the towels given had stains over them. There was no ac in one room along with no fire alarm or smoke alarm. One of the beds was broken. When raising our concerns we asked to simply switch rooms due to the hazards and uncleaniness and the manager stated he had no more rooms and couldn’t get a cleaner to come in and clean it up. We stayed the one night out of 5 (out of having to) before checking out and into somewhere else.

Good location but very basic

Good location but very very noisy 10am to 6am, appartments are very basic, ours was very poor as far as clean goes, aircon leaked rediculous, patio doors didnt lock. Very basic to sleep & nothing more, would not stay here again.

The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again.

Dissapointing

I’ve stayed there many times ( over 30) and will continue too as it’s a great place whilst my house is renovated I love some of the apartments ( not all) they never recognise me or my business ( never offer upgrades).
