It has garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, internet access (wifi), balcony, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, parking, outdoors, 1 TV.

The independent kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, and toaster.
