Booking was cancelled, found out on the day we arrived

We went to pick our keys up and we’re told that the apartment was no longer available. Planet Costa tried their best to find replacement. We had a nice holiday even after the hassle of changing accommodation again in 8 days.

Espectacular

Es un apartamento moderno, muy bien situado y limpio. Las piscinas del ático hacen su papel, limpias y bien cuidadas también. El personal de la agencia muy amable. Hemos estad fenomenal y sin duda es para repetir. Hay pequeños fallos que va teniendo la casa que hay que ir arreglando para mantenerla tan bonita como es.

Excellent gestionnaire, heureusement !

Il y avait des manquements (linge, draps, wifi, clé garage non fonctionnelle, pas de grille pain, pas de cafetière café, un minimum de vaisselle, nous avons nettoyé l'appartement en arrivant, un lampe qui ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre et un volet qui fonctionnait de temps à autre mais, il faut préciser que le gestionnaire, Costa Dourada a donné avec rapidité et efficacité réponse à presque tous ces problèmes, je pense qu'heureusement que cette société est impeccable et qu'un soin plus pointu du propriétaire devrait être apporté à ce bel appartement très bien situé et agréable. Comme nous sommes des personnes tolérantes et sans prétention, nous avons pris ces inconvénients avec philosophie et avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans une région, ville et près d'un peuple formidable. Les restaurants dans le coin sont excellents, la plage est magnifique, nous reviendrons.
