A cozy duplex located in the heart of Midvale. Prime location to both Cottonwood Canyons. We are located 20 miles from both Brighton Ski Resort and Alta Ski area, you can be hitting the fresh powder in 30 minutes time. Everything in the home is new and ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Close to major Highways I-15 and I-215, you can be anywhere in the valley in a matter of minutes. This place is perfect for those looking to hit the mountains fast or explore Salt Lake City.

Great stay!!

Great place to stay for a ski trip. 30 minutes to several resorts. House was clean and comfortable.

wouldn’t stay here again
The cleaners were late and couldn’t check in until 45 min after the advertised check in time. The heater went out in the night (in December) couldn’t get a hold of the property manager and so we had to turn the oven on to stay warm. The floors were sticky, short on sheets and pillow cases and there was a broken mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Great house for a road trip stopover
Well-furnished split level that was exactly what we needed for a single night stay on a cross country road trip. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it nice and easy to walk our dogs after spending a long day in the car. Nice amenities, great communication from the host, and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Whole Apartment for SLC and Slopes
Property was well furnished with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer making the stay so easy to cook for cheap and wash clothes. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was perfect and quiet for easy nights in after a day skiing.
