Jen was very responsive with any questions we had. Kitchen was gorgeous and fully supplied with all dishes, cutlery and pans you would ever want. Beds were comfortable and with 4 bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone. Especially loved the living area where we could all gather comfortably.

Anniversary trip

Everything was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware the best I have encountered in the rentals I have been to.Great information on everything in the home.The lighting in the kitchen was great! I love to cook and it was a great space to do that.I can’t say enough about this home, I loved it.I have rented before from Jennifer , and her place’s are great.Thank you for everything. Can’t wait to stay here again!

In town for nephew's wedding at Log Haven Restaurant (recommended) in Mill Creek Canyon with rehearsal dinner at Eight Settlers Distillery (walk from condo.) Excellent location. Perfect late summer weather with no crowds. Enjoyed deck at Porcupine Grill (recommended, walk to, huge desserts.) Condo as described except some spaces appear larger online, especially dining table area. Very clean, exceptionally well stocked, everything labeled. Nice sunny deck. Did not use hot tub, but it was serviced twice anyway. Two bed/bath on top floor and two on main floor-perfect layout for us.Must love stairs.No key to front door so always enter/exit thru garage unless someone stays behind.Primary bedroom & bath good size, nice soaking tub, other baths compact. Excellent hot water. Queen bath needed ceiling repair after previous water leak but wasn't a problem. Very generous closet space with good hangers and luggage valet rack. Host extremely accommodating with extended checkout for late flight. Good recycling, including separate glass collection. Rental Toyota Corolla no problem in garage, but large vehicles will be tight especially with snow (for entire development.) Brother stayed at adjacent Marriott to park Sprinter van in large lot. Recreation Center walkable but unfortunately pool was closed for service during our visit. Wasatch Blvd is quite noisy, but this unit is not as close as some others.

Weekend getaway trip to Brighton

Jennifer is one of the best communicators ive encountered in over a decade of travel. I travel about half the year for work and pleasure and this property is my favorite. Very comfortable, this property features a nice hot tub, spacious living room, modern kitchen, and relaxing bedrooms. Access is both convenient and you feel so safe here. This was my 2nd visit, and, hopefully more to come!

Perfect stay for a ski vacation

Jennifer was an incredible host and the space was perfect for our group of 8. Super clean, well stocked (from kitchen to bathrooms) and a large living room with a fireplace that was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Jennifer responded quickly and passed along travel tips that made our stay that much better. Highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful, spacious condo.

Had a weeklong stay here with 5 adults. This condo is huge! We liked that the rooms were on different levels. With 5 adults, some early risers, it was nice not having to be too quiet in the kitchen while others slept. The garage was big enough to fit a Honda Odyssey minivan, and still open the rear hatch with the garage closed. And the double washer and dryer was a huge bonus for the 5 of us. The place is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The foosball table was an absolute hit. Even after being out all day, we still looked forward to coming home and getting in a few matches before bed. Grocery store is less than 2 miles away, and several restaurants and coffee shops are near-by. We attended a concert in downtown SLC, and it was an easy 20 min drive. Jennifer was quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed. I wish VRBO had a way to ask questions prior to booking. Great home, perfect for a big group!

We were here for a week and could not have found a better home or location for exploring the big and little cottonwood canyons. You are literally steps away from the highway that takes you to both canyons and a short drive to grocery stores and anything else you might need. SLC downtown and airport are 20 minutes away. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated and are beyond beautiful . The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen, right down to the waffle cooker! Showers are hot , beds super comfortable, living room couch and fireplace make for a cozy place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hot tub….. amazing !!!! Boot warmer, 2 washers and dryers, games, gift bag were all appreciated! If you are reading my review look no further and book this amazing home❤️❤️❤️

SLC ski vacation

Very clean, very comfortable and incredibly well stocked with all kitchen utensils, nice toiletries in the bathrooms, many linens, comfortable beds and the hot tub was clean and serviced several times during our stay. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions or needs. And she has plenty of guides and maps to use during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location. We hope to return!

Perfect Location for our stay for Alta Wedding

This is a great place to stay for a large party of people who want to hike, ski, or generally enjoy Salt Lake. It's even an easy swing into town. Unless all you are going to do is ski, I would recommend it over staying in the canyons for its quick access to shops, grocery, restaurants, and other SLC sights. (Don't miss Antelope Island if you are from the east coast!) Perfect SLC rental.

A Wonderful family Reunion Gathering.

We reserved this condo for a small family reunion.We found a cousin of ours through DNA testing after 68+ yrs,she flew out from FL & to visit with family members that she hasn’t met yet. She loves visiting out west & seeing the beautiful mountains & canyons here in Utah,this condo was was absolutely perfect for our reunion.It’s set in beautiful area right by the mountains & the inside decor was just as beautiful, you feel right home the minute you walk through door. The place was very clean & the furniture was cozy & comfortable,you just couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, I gotta say they didn’t miss beat when it comes to having everything you need in a home, it really is a home sweet home away from your home.I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful location. Loved the condo. Very comfortable.

Everyone in our grouploved it. Quiet. Relaxing and very comfortable. The only issue was the first few nights it was really warm upstairs because I don’t think the place has been in use so don’t think the AC was on and with it being air hot in the area it was warm in the house. However after two night it was definitely cooler.

Close to many great hikes; ski resorts- enjoyed the hot tub! The deck wasn't very clean upon arrival but had a hose for us to use to clean. Plenty of kitchen ware; BBQ grill; toilet paper and paper towels. Store close by. We were given an extra fan for the upstairs due to the 90 degree weather. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

Perfect Home Base for A Cottonwood Canyon Ski Trip

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and functional if you are looking for a base to explore the Cottonwood Canyon areas year-round. The hot tub is nice at the end of the day. The foosball table is fun. The hosts also do a great job of providing handy necessities like sunscreen, snacks and basic toiletries to get your trip off to a good start. The location is walkable to two restaurants and an excellent coffee shop (Alpha Coffee). Groceries are a few minutes away and a 7-11 and ski rental shop are very close. The location is not 5 stars just from the lack of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a pretty typical residential area. But overall, the proximity to the canyons can’t be beat. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout were a breeze.

Ski Stay

Excellent property and location. Will plan to reserve again for a trip to Utah. Location is ideal for skiers wanting to explore multiple resorts in the region. Very comfortable and felt safe during COVID.

Clean, central location for a perfect family vacation

This property was everything we hoped for. It was clean and cozy. It provided more than enough amenities and central to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay in Utah. The owner is very thorough and thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice place away from city noise

Jennifer was great at communicating to us and taking care of our requests. The family room was nice and cozy with the great gas fireplace. A great place for skiing groups with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Perfect!!!!

Everything about this house was perfect… They did not miss a thing.!!! Lots of space, beautifully decorated, clean, and everything that you would possibly need. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!! The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking and Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area was so cozy and a perfect place for family and friends!! Jennifer was fantastic to work with during Covid and we will be back :-)
