"Simply the best in Alta. The views of the mountain above cheat on you thinking you are at some Swiss little mountain town. The restaurant and bar are great, the ski in/out is perfect, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our second time at the Snowpine, and we would don't hesitate to go back."

"Enjoyed our stay for our large group. I was under the impression that it was just one big house, but it was 4 separate units with private kitchenettes and living spaces. Luckily one of the units was big enough for a gathering space. We loved the mountain location and atmosphere. So nice to escape the heat of the valley in the summer. Very nice and clean with everything we needed."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for us - 8 adults, 4 kids. It was spotless upon arrival, and Cottonwood staff was quick to check with us to make sure everything was ok. They were very kind, personable, and attentive throughout our stay. The home - everything you could ask for and more! The kids loved the loft area for tv and games. The lowest level movie room was also a big hit. The gourmet kitchen was great for our home meals - it was stocked with everything needed. The deck/hot tub area was awesome. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms. The Brighton area - we stayed in June and spent a lot of time in the outdoors. What a gorgeous area! Lots of hiking (we saw moose, beavers, deer, and a few critters we didn’t know). Fished at Silver Lake, within walking distance of the home. A half day trip to Park City (rode the Alpine Slide and Mountain Coaster) and checked out the Brighton Flea Market. I highly recommend this home!!"
