Location was great and just what we needed to escape from our busy lives. We loved that it was only a short walk to the beach. And the great room with the big windows gave endless views of the ocean and dunes.

Clean, great house, spacious and fun. Hot tub was great! Waking up to see the ocean (over the dunes) was great. Check in and check out was exceptionally easy and it’s clear that the hosts care about their guest experience.GREAT beach access proximity!

We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort zone. The location was amazing, right on the beach. There is a huge wraparound deck that allowed our dog to outside but kept him contained. My favorite part was the guest house that is connected to the main space by the deck. The kids slept in there, had ...

Our family had a fabulous time at Jay’s rental. We enjoyed our family time together and all the space this house had to offer! The elevator was a life saver. The fishing was great and morning coffee on the decks was relaxing. Off season in OBX is the best!
