Really good hotel around a 20 min walk to all the major sites in Samarkand Centre. The only downside was the noise from the 3rd floor restaurant which can travel down onto lower floors at night

A bit far from the Registan but well located for restaurants and a 15 minute taxi ride from the train station. Note, if you sleep before 11PM, you will hear music. It stopped promptly at or before 11, but it was still there from about 9:30-11 PM.

Good location for the money, cab to major sites or 20-30 minute walks. Cheap cabs with Yandex. Hotel was loud at night bc of love music but not for long. Room service good but not a huge menu. Friendly staff. Could use more concierge service. Would stay again. Family room has good space.

A nice boutique hotel located in the city centre. Rooms are large and well equipped. Loud music played, at times, between 19.00 and 23.00, due to a night club's operation in the same building is not to everyone's taste, but I understand the need to differentiate. Breakfast is OK. Restaurant offers a variety of tastefull plates. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Local stores for food, snacks, sweets etc are very near. Would go there again.

An Excellent experience

A wonderful hotel. To my surprise EVERYTHING about it was perfect. A new hotel that proudly showed its spotlessly clean maintenance. A great location. Very lavish breakfast. This hotel had everything I needed. My compliments to every staff member I met with especially more so to Angelina and Zakir who demonstrated ownership of the vision of East Star Hotel top management. They are the ones who will make me come back once again. They set a bar so high that seasoned hoteliers will be hard pressed to follow. Thank you, dear friends.
