「Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the doorman who stands by the hotel entrance. His hospitality and kindness truly impressed me, and he is one of the main reasons I felt extremely satisfied with my stay. When two Yandex drivers declined our request because of our two pieces of luggage, the doorman kindly helped us call a taxi. His assistance made a real difference. The hotel left a very positive impression overall. I would gladly recommend it and wish to thank all...

「The customer service was excellent, special tanks from Ferdaws Jan. The rooms were very clean and big. Breakfast was perfect, beyond my expectations, the staff were very friendly when serving. The spa facility was very good. I already recommended to my our friends and family.」

「The hotel has glitz and glamor and the location is good with other restaurants close by. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel also but I did not eat there. There is one thing that needs to be addressed. My tub was very high and there were no grab bars. It looks like there were some earlier but removed later. Also there was a rainfall shower but the glass door did not even cover half the tub area. I used the hand held shower very carefully and even then a little water spilled over.」
