"We were in an upstairs apartment which we had to access from a very quirky walk up some steps and through a mind your head whole in a wall. It gave to the old world feel of the place. Staff were amazing and the menu had everything my wife loved. Will definitely go again when visiting my sister. "

PRIVATE ROOM WITH OWN ENTRANCE IN A LOVELY OLD COTTAGE DOWN A QUIET LEAFY LANE

"Steve is so welcoming and friendly and he and Julie made me feel so at home. I stayed here over Christmas and Looe is so beautiful with the festive lights. Everything you could need in the room, lovely and warm, very clean. Coffee sachets and teabags. Comfy sofa bed. Big screen tv on the wall with free Netflix and Prime. WiFi. Nice thick towels, a bath robe, shower gels, plenty of toilet rolls, washing up bowl with liquid, scourer, dishcloth and tea towel. Beautiful ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail. A real home from home. I loved watching the birds and the squirrel on the feeders in the courtyard. Lovely to look up at the stars through the skylights and it’s so dark at night they are really clear. Very peaceful location, a mile up the hill by foot from West Looe or easy to drive into Looe, Polperro or Pelynt. Your own parking space. I wouldn’t hesitate to book to come here again. Thank you for the chocolates too. "

"Colin and Liz were just amazing from the minute of booking, through helpful and informative comms, to the check-in process and support throughout our stay. Breakfast was just incredible, great options, prepared with great care with an eye on quality and local produce. Colin and Liz are a fountain of local knowledge and are happy to share recommendations on things to do and places to eat. All in all an awesome stay in a beautifully located guesthouse. Thank you!!"

"The property is truly beautiful and in a great location for exploring, the hill up to the property could be a little challenging for some but taking it slow and steady is very doable. Everything about the place exceeded all our expectations and so dog friendly that it felt like home within a few hours of settling in.It was so clean and i couldn't recommend enough, definitely returning next year.
