"Steve is so welcoming and friendly and he and Julie made me feel so at home. I stayed here over Christmas and Looe is so beautiful with the festive lights. Everything you could need in the room, lovely and warm, very clean. Coffee sachets and teabags. Comfy sofa bed. Big screen tv on the wall with free Netflix and Prime. WiFi. Nice thick towels, a bath robe, shower gels, plenty of toilet rolls, washing up bowl with liquid, scourer, dishcloth and tea towel. Beautiful ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail. A real home from home. I loved watching the birds and the squirrel on the feeders in the courtyard. Lovely to look up at the stars through the skylights and it’s so dark at night they are really clear. Very peaceful location, a mile up the hill by foot from West Looe or easy to drive into Looe, Polperro or Pelynt. Your own parking space. I wouldn’t hesitate to book to come here again. Thank you for the chocolates too. "

Breakfast was just incredible, great options, prepared with great care with an eye on quality and local produce. "The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking the key within 5 minutes. I had to stop eating, pack quickly, and hand it back, which was unpleasant. The environment outside was excellent with a kids’ play area and a nice buffet. "
