You can easily walk to the town by the beach, where you will find restaurants and small stores with some basic options for food (better to do grocery shopping before to arrive if you want more choices). They provide an umbrella for the beach. Some mosquitos around sunset when we were there in July, but not a problem during the rest of the day.」

「We stayed here for five nights. The property itself is beautiful, both inside and out, and the hosts were attentive and responsive, always providing anything we needed during our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks. The road leading to the hotel is steep, narrow, rocky, and unpaved, which made access difficult and may not be suitable for very small or large vehicles. 「Not great communication prior to arrival. We would be arriving late from our flight and taxi. I contacted three days prior as the travel day would be difficult to send or receive messages. No response until the day of. We struggled in the middle of the night to find the place then to find which door was the entrance. Nothing clearly marked. It added a level of frustration to the start of our trip that could have been avoided. The place was OK. The pictures were much nicer. 」
