「We had an amazing stay at Nattivo Collection Hotel in San Andrés! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed or answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy...

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

「Very slow checking process it tells very clean but it is on a very noisy street a lot of traffic and street noise. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The food was so so online. It looks like they have a Jacuzzi but it’s just a cold pool with jets this hotel has a great rooftop, however they do not serve alcohol at this property it would be nice to have a glass of wine or a beer while sitting on the rooftop it is a very good value, good location and very clean」
