Your suite has one king size bed with a living area with TV and two sofa sleepers. Also, your space has its own bathroom and kitchen area with a microwave, sink, dishes, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please make sure to enjoy the garden area located behind the house. Located in downtown San Antonio. The Arbor House Suites are a collection of four restored 1903 homes, clustered around a lush garden. Each house has only three suites, featuring high ceilings, pine floors, private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Your suite is located on the lower level in the Blue house. Adorned with a Mexican artisan fountain as the garden’s centerpiece, each guest stay comes with their very own backyard experience. Relaxed, tranquil and private, the courtyard setting gives each guest generous space to enjoy San Antonio’s quiet side. Sounds of the busy streets outside the gardens are hidden by the sound of trickling water and native bird life. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and natural shaded landscaping to escape from the activity of nearby River Walk or touring the adjacent historic sites and attractions. Arbor House is centrally located one block from historic La Villita, and the River Walk, and two blocks from the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. Other attractions such as the Alamo are 3 blocks away. We are located downtown and accessible to any ride share or taxi. Also very close to bus transportation as well as scooters and bicycles for rent. One parking space per suite per night. One additional parking space may be rented at $25.00 per night. Some suites are located on the top floors and require going up a flight of stairs. I will charge a $25 cleaning fee per-night once the reservation has been accepted. Airbnb will collect the initial $25 for the first night, and I will collect the remainder upon check out.
