This place was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great communication with host. The balcony had a river view. So relaxing great amenities and you can go for a walk along the San Antonio riverbank. We felt really safe, great restaurant steps from us and a coffee shop walking distance. I will definitely be re-booking this place when I have family come into town for special event. We loved it, would highly reccomend.

Mold and Safety issues

I would NOT Rent this property unless some real adjustments are made. I stayed in August of of 2025 and we had issues almost immediately. Upon arrival we noticed that the place was not thoroughly cleaned - the floors and kitchen counters were visibly dirty. Within an hour of being in the apartment, there was someone attempting to get in the door. When asked, he told us that he was the cleaning ladies husband and he was there to change the lock. Since we were all female, this made us very uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the hosts who did not know he was there and could not explain why he would be changing the lock during our stay. Needless to say it was difficult to feel safe after that. Later that night we uncovered not only dirty white towels but MOLD in the shower. I again contacted the owners who stated (without coming onsite) that it was NOT mold but caulking that needed to be replaced. My daughter has asthma and I knew from her coughing that something was off in the air. I expressed my concern for my daughters health but the owners did not respond. On the second day 2 random men showed up to fix the faucet. We had no idea they were coming and we were unaware of any faucet issue. I informed the owners who again did not respond. We stayed at the property because my daughter left for camp on the second day and we were concerned about getting our money back. We kept the table pushed up to the door because we felt unsafe. The neighborhood was nice but

We enjoyed our stay there! The location was everything! Close to restaurants ,downtown, missions and many sightseeing point of interest.. we will definitely stay there again!
