I paid for my room online and used my credit of $12.83 and ordered a fridge and microwave and the room they gave me didn't have either or not lock on the door which looked like it had been kicked in roaches everywhere and I'm pregnant n wasn't feeling so good and in the am I'm sleeping there banging on the door like the police told them I was gonna renew jus waiting for my check to hit my card and gave me attitude and den it's about 1125 I go to pay and they refused service for renewal and then was told to pack up so I did took me a quick shower and their staff lady banhs on door yells at the top of her lungs that she has called the cops and I shouldn't not of token a bath at all should been the hell out of there since 11 am and for someone to give her her cell phone to call the cops again that she could have me arrested for trespassing and treason and I'm like wow really when ur the ones who decided not to let me renew all last minute never in my life have I ever mistreated by a hotel staff never again

This property did not honor our reservation and said people should not make reservations on-line but in person as rooms are often not available. This property is in poor shape and you have to deal with people through a small window and when we arrived to check at the designated time, the lady said rooms are not finished yet. Then we found out about our reservation. Awful experience.

The staff was very accommodating and nice but the facility is run down. It has seen better times but in relation to other places in San Antonio it isn’t the worse. It was clean, staff was nice but the facilities could really use an overhaul. Towels and pillows were limited due to availability, not sure if limited quantity or because they were busy.

I rented a room for 2 people there was no furniture only the bed and TV 1 chair when I asked for another chair they told me no that it was only 1 chair per room they think I'm only going to lie down there are no other furniture in other hotels for the same price There is more furniture and where to sit, even a small table to eat and here it was missing, you had to eat in bed

This hotel was interesting. When I arrived, I noticed It had dirty/sticky floors, a cracked TV screen, a used soap bar left in the shower, hair on the sheets/pillows, and also the towels did not smell clean. Will never go back to this location.

It's nothing like the pictures so don't go by the pictures. It's worse. No amenities so don't forget your own toiletries. You're given very small bars of soap, toilet paper and that's about it. No mini fridge but a nasty microwave. It's cheap so I guess you get what you're paying for which is pretty much nothing. Stains everywhere. Basic definition of a roach motel without the roaches.

one of the worst hotels
very dirty hotel i have staid at other hotel 6 hotels before and its not like this. they had one pillow per bed and they said at front desk that they couldn't get me more the restroom door didnt close and had a big hole in it that was repaired with cardboard there was people smoking weed on the property and people actually living in the rooms there was also a creepy guy looking inside all the vehicles in the parking lot

It was filthy and hang members outside the residence scoping out the cars. We checked in and immediately checked out. The front desk told us she would refund the room, but no refund has been issued. Beware!

Horrible experience
The room was not mopped no smoke detectors wires hanging from the ceiling. Dog prints on the floor, flooring missing the bathtub did not drain pee on the wall sheets had blood and black spots holes on the comforter from cigarettes socks were dirty after walking on the floor. There is more. I left my expensive pillow by accident but I decided it was not worth going back for. I have never slept in a hotel that nasty ever and will never go back to that chain of hotels again. Photos are showing the condition of the room.
