About this space
Just north of Downtown San Antonio lies the Monte Vista neighborhood, a historic district full of amazing homes, stylish apartments.

You will find a number of different but equally stunning architectural styles in Monte Vista. Classical Revival, Tudor, Spanish, Queen Anne and Craftsman styles all rub shoulders with each other sharing wide tree-lined streets and manicured lawns.
The space
This is a top level apartment. There are stairs to get to the apartment in front and back.
Guest access
This is a self check in. I will send you your code one day before your stay.
Other things to note
1. This is shared parking. Please park in your designated space under the carport. If you are going to be in and out, please be courteous to our other guests, by parking on the street so, they can get out.

Great Stay, Convenient Location

We really enjoyed staying at this rental. It had everything we needed. The price was very reasonable. The location was safe and convenient to the zoo and other attractions in San Antonio. The host is very kind and communication was great. The beds were comfortable and overall rental was clean. The kids really enjoyed the quality packaged snacks that the host had out upon our arrival. Clean, comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood!

This apartment is on the top level of a duplex, so there are stairs. The apartment itself is spotless. The beds are comfortable, the living room is comfortable, and i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in a heartbeat. It's very close to Trinity University, which was great for us because we were there to move my daughter into her dorm. There are lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby, too.

Great vacation house
