Allt i rummet är gammalt och slitet. Madrasser byttes sista dagen. Men allt annat gammalt och i dåligt skick. Handdukarna luktas surt och mögel. Toalettpappret av en sällan skådad dålig billig kvalitet. Poolbar-personalen har trevlig.

La verdad la experiencia fue muy mala, apenas llegué, el vuelo llegó pronto y pensé en dejar el equipaje y salir a dar una vuelta para luego a las 14 hacer el check in, la chica de la recepción no estaba, y después de 15 minutos de esperar que llegara,me dijo que dejara las maletas en un pasillo donde pasaba toda la gente y eran la salida de las escaleras del edificio, detrás de donde está ella, que no pasaba nada, a lo que me negué y me las llevé conmigo, sé que dirán que no es una obligación pero estaría bien dar un buen servicio, la chica de la recepción no sabe atender al público, tiene muy malas formas en el trato del público, luego me piden un. Depósito en concepto de fianza por si se rompe algo o se daña algo, primera ni la que vajilla fuera de de Murano o algo por el estilo, era de un asiático que te cuesta 0,50 céntimos cada plato, además reservé para dos personas ya que el apartamento es otra dos pero viajo solo y tienen prohibidas las visitas, la ropa de cama ni la cambiaron en 8 días las toallas al segundo día ya olían mal, la decoración súper antigua, pero bueno en eso no me meto que cada quien tiene sus gustos , tengo claro que no volveré a este sitio, y si quieren mejorar empezar por darle un curso al personal que tenéis en recepción, tanto a los recepcionistas ya que son la cara visible del establecimiento , que para prestar unas tijeras me tuve que aguantar un discurso que simplemente, mejor me dijera directamente que no, así no se puede tratar a un huésped

Weather was great. However the hotel does not accept cards and also requires a €50 euro deposit for some reason which was not communicated anywhere and they had the right to keep the amount if they deemed acceptable due to anything that was outside their rules. I had to pay for an additional person to stay even though the room was large enough for 3 people. Visits were not allowed at all which is very odd. The apartment was not cleaned everyday, the towels were only changed 3 times in a week and there wasn’t a don’t disturb sign to be put anywhere. You couldn’t come into the hotel if not wearing a wristband. Not worth the amount paid I paid for. Check additional info before booking to not be disappointed I did not receive any prior.

Vi har bodd på Amazonas i mange år, det er ikke det mest moderne hotellet, men de ansatte og renholdet gjør en kjempebra jobb. I alle år har vi ønsket å få det samme rommet, og stort sett har resepsjonen ordnet det. At det ligger sentralt, syns vi også er positivt. Takk for oss, og vi sees sikkert igjen. We’ll positioned hotel. Clean, 24hr reception and nice pool with plenty of sun beds. The only thing that prevents me giving more stars and booking again in the future is the lack of air conditioning in the apartments.

Amazing as always! Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking on the hotel premises makes life so much easier and it's reasonably priced imho. The pool area is clean and the lifeguard is a great guy! Always super helpful! Rooms are clean and have everything you would need in an apartment. Will definitely come back!
