「We had a great stay. The home is comfortable, the kitchen is nicely stocked with utensils, etc. wonderful view of the lake and walk into town. Location is great. one suggestion is to notify renters: Once the reservation is made, you will receive two emails. One email from Good Welcome which asks for rental agreement and Big Bear Neighbor agreement. The second email from Truvi which requires a drivers license and photo for verification. I was initially Leary about the email asking for copy...

「I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this...
