We are conveniently located in a gated private neighborhood right near Walmart, Stater Bros, Ralphs, Sprouts, Costco and lots of Tea/coffee stores and restaurants;
Our neighborhood is very family friendly, quite, Private and safe.
Only 4 other neighbors with us in this gated community.
Most of our neighbors have kids. We do have a Sheriff's in the neighborhood just in case. So please kindly make sure your noise remains at minimum all the time.
Here are some very important highlighted house rules and we have to make sure that you are aware and agree with these rules:
1. Smoking: WEED SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROMISES INDOOR AND OUTDOOR including patio and backyard. The smell is disturbing and please do not book if you are weed smokers.
2. Guest and Visitor Count: The figure provided on the reservation denotes the highest occupancy permitted on the premises throughout your stay, encompassing both guests and any visitors, even if they don't stay overnight. For instance, a reservation for 8 guests implies a total of 8 individuals (guests + visitors) are allowed on the property. No additional guests or visitors are permitted at any point. Please note, there's an extra charge for a total count of guests and visitors exceeding 8, at a rate of $75 per person per night. The absolute maximum occupancy for the property, including guests and visitors, is capped at 10 individuals.
3. Sound level: Loud Bass Music is strictly prohibited. Please also be aware that we have NOISE MONITOR on promises to help us keep in track with your sound level. (The device does not record or store any conversations, only sound level monitoring). You do not need to worry about it as long as you don’t have large gatherings or loud party, you will be totally fine.
4. Number of cars: The maximum number of cars allowed on property is 4 cars. NO ADDITIONAL CARS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
