「Very comfortable and relaxing environment.」

「Nice pool area. Quiet location 」

「Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

「Bad」

「The staff were great. The maintenance and upkeep was poor. Things worked but, for example, the walls would be patched and not repainted. The property is older. For the area it's ok. The location is right around the corner from the market and 7/11.」

「Stay was reinvigorating, staff attitude are great. Foods are sumptuous. Enjoyed our stay. 」

「Fun place for the money! Accommodations were a little rough, no hot water, mold on the walls, and water leaking In under walls when it was raining」

「Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! 」

「Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. Room is always clean in a daily basis. Easy accessible and walking distance grand mall from hotel.」

「The room is clean, the bed is cozy...the price is good for traveler!」

「Very quiet and comfortable anytime and the staff is more than hospitable and caring」

「Wave pool was invigorating. Staff was all so polite and considerate. The 4 bunk dormitory worked well for our party of 4 kids and 4 adults but the cr was inadequate. Loved the flowers, trees, and plants on the property. The food was all good. Place reminded me of camp from when I was a kid. The drive there was an adventure too. Ty for the memories. 」

「I hate to say it. It’s an absolutely nothing like it shows on Expedia. Can’t recommend anything good about it. No hot water in shower. Two showers broken. Just very run down place. I feel I was misled and wish I got a refund. Stayed there for one hour and left to a new place. Absolutely nothing like I expected」

「DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel. They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through.」
