A great location

Beautiful, centrally located property near San Clemente Beach

Clean, cosy apartment with a great kitchen. Apartment was great, clean and nicely decorated. Communication with landlord was excellent and any questions I had were promptly answered. Will rent again in future. This was my first Vrbo experience

Perfect SC Location!!!

Lovely from the moment we checked in. easy walk to beach, easy walk into the Main Street…..to the cutest shops & restaurants. Sunday Farmers market begins just across the street. Will def be back!!!! Thank you!

Owners were very responsive to a noise complaint we had with downstairs tenters

The weather was perfect, the waves were amazing, the water was warm (by SoCal standards!) So, no complaints!

Dreamy location

This condo is so perfect! So clean, beds so comfortable, perfect location to walk into the cutest town of San Clemente, and walk down to the beach. I am in love with San Clemente, and this place is the perfect spot! They even had games and toys for my little ones. The outdoor shower is So nice, and the hosts are incredible. They even had a welcome gift (wine and some cold drinks) when we arrived. What a perfect place to stay!

Perfect spot with all the amenities!

We had such a great visit to San Clemente and loved staying at this condo--great location and lots of amenities. Hosts left welcome beverages for us and also some sweet treats! Cathy is very helpful. Condo is decorated nicely and is cozy. We definitely want to come back again. :) Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and excellent location. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were beyond accommodating. Truly like "staying with friends." Really nice to have a few beverages waiting in the fridge as well. Thank you!

Excellent Stay

We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect, nestled between the beach and town. It was awesome to walk just a few doors down for great breakfast! We used the bikes for a ride along the beach. There was a good selection of bikes, and they were well maintained with helmets. The unit was top notch, and we loved the deck with the heated table. Everything we could have wanted and more! Will be back.

Amenity Bliss

Our family had an amazing time at this rental. The hosts were very responsive and provided us with excellent service. The amenities were great. We used the boogie boards, the surfboards, the bikes and the wetsuits. Was great to see such a wide range of wetsuits and bikes that worked both for adults and kids. Great location as well. Very short walk to restaurants and a five minute walk to the San Clemente Pier. Thank you!

Great stay

This condo is in a perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and the pier. The condo is very well equipped everything we needed and more. Very clean and extremely easy check in. Will definitely come back when in this area.

Great place

We stayed 3 nights - place is clean, quiet, comfortable beds, well equipped. We could walk to shopping, restaurants, beach. The one parking space is very helpful. Host supplies for beach is great - towels, boogie boards, chairs, coolers and pull wagon to get it all to the beach. We will stay here again.

San Clemente Beach Stay

Thank you Peter for hosting such a delightful getaway!!!! The property was as pictured and so much more!!!! So organized, well curated, clean, and great amenities!!!! Every detail was well thought out for example, coffee for our first morning was ready, beverages in the frig, and everything labeled made it easy to find.
