Prime location 2BR/1BA unit, one of the 3-units property, with full size kitchen & laundry room, in the heart of Pacific Beach. Walk to shopping, the beach, fine local markets, a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Quick access to San Diego International Airport, Mission Beach, SeaWorld, Old town, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Cabrillo National Monument, Crystal Pier, Palisades Park, Keno's Surf Club Café, Catamaran Spa, Rocky's Crown Pub .. proclaimed best burger in town! A King size bed in one of the bedrooms, 2 twin beds in the other bedroom that can made to another king bed. 2 sofa bed in the living room. Separate laundry room next to the kitchen, a good sized patio in the back of the 2 units building. 2-Car tandem parking by the front door. extremely convenient. All past guests enjoyed their staying here.
