This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking. Please note that this home has a camera facing the back gates and the parking area.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($150 + tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
