"False advertising, stating online when I made the reservation that hot breakfast is served but that was false! Only coffee was available. No grab bars in the shower, no holders to hang towels, no mirror besides the one over the bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. No staff at the registration desk when we checked out. Had to call out for someone to come out. Hallway to our room looked like it has not been swept, stuff on the floor were there when we checked in, still there 2 days later when we checked out. However, we’re thankful that we were given accommodation. Thank you "

"The hotel in general wasn't bad, the staff was friendly, quick check in and out was easy and fast. Room was cozy. Bed was comfortable. Just a few blocks from Little Italy. I only have 2 complaints 1.) One out of the two elevators were working so the wait for the elevator was ridiculously long and people were packed in there like sardines. 2.) Thought the restaurant menu would have been larger, but there were only a few items to choose from. Overall, I'd definitely book again here. "

"At the last minute they changed my property location to the second Sheraton with the pool under construction. As a result there was no pool for my stay. Also I had a problem with an adjacent person staying that was making a lot of noise at night (and sleeping during the day). I complained to staff and asked to move my room for the final night, but even though there were other rooms available they did not move me. When I checked out they said someone would get back to me about that issue but I never heard back."

"Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The food, pool area, and overall amenities exceeded our expectations. Every detail made our trip feel relaxing and memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend staying here if you want a perfect mix of luxury, entertainment, and great hospitality"

"LOVE this place!! Bay on one side (across street) of the hotel, marina directly on the other day. Book ground level marina for an unobstructed view. Restaurant/bar on site and if you time it right, you can sit on your patio or at the restaurant and hear the concerts from Humphrey’s next door."
