The person at the front desk was curt and dismissive, with no explanations as to where our room was. However, the cleaning staff was friendly, and did a good job with what they had to work with. The hotel in general was very nice and clean as was the room. And there was an unexpected and nice personalized message on the TV when we walked in to the room. That's a very nice touch! Very comfortable bed and clean and beautiful bathroom.
