“We exited within minutes and are seeking full refund; the owner is contesting and billed us for 200 in preexisting damage. Worst rental experience ever. The ‘double bed’ isn’t even a bed or hide-a-bed, but a wide fold-apart foam chair. No sheets provided. Nasty stains on carpet. 2 of the 4 dining chairs had rear legs bent until sitting normally was a tip-backwards risk. A multitude of other defects, but the bed being unusable by an adult was the deal-breaker.”

“It IS downtown so you do hear ppl partying non stop but it becomes background noise and can be easily ignored. The wifi connection was a little rocky which made schoolwork difficult at times but they did try to fix it. Also, I did the paid monthly parking next door in the public lot. My car got broken into twice in that lot despite the cameras and security. So park in the gated area maybe. But the laundry room was convenient and card paid. Apt had everything you needed and was actually pretty……

“This is a great apartment. Very comfortable, very well appointed. It has everything you could need. The building is old but very clean, tidy and secure. The location is great for San Jose being located next to the heart of the city at San Pedro Square. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door. That can make the area a little noisy in the evening but that just comes with the location. Would definitely recommend the apartment. The management team is also excellent and very responsive and……

“I loved having a place downtown. However, I was very disappointed as it comes with a house keeping service. I was there for 2 months, and not one person ever came. It was a service I had to pay for and am very disappointed in that. Otherwise it was decent. I had internet issues as well but it was a nice little studio. ”
