Nasty stains on carpet. 2 of the 4 dining chairs had rear legs bent until sitting normally was a tip-backwards risk. A multitude of other defects, but the bed being unusable by an adult was the deal-breaker.”

“I loved having a place downtown. However, I was very disappointed as it comes with a house keeping service. I was there for 2 months, and not one person ever came. It was a service I had to pay for and am very disappointed in that. Otherwise it was decent. I had internet issues as well but it was a nice little studio. ”

“This is a great apartment. Very comfortable, very well appointed. It has everything you could need. The building is old but very clean, tidy and secure. The location is great for San Jose being located next to the heart of the city at San Pedro Square. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door. That can make the area a little noisy in the evening but that just comes with the location. Would definitely recommend the apartment. The management team is also excellent and very responsive and……
