A Mixed Stay Experience
1. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. 2. The breakfast was delicious. 3. The proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle service made our stay very convenient. 4. Unfortunately, the soundproofing from the outside was poor, and we could hear vehicle and airplane noise. 5. The attitude of the front desk staff during check-out in the morning was rather indifferent.

Terrible and impatient check in experience!!
It was not a pleasant experience when I checked in (there were some issues with the booking but website helped me to get it resolved quickly) the lady with black hair showed me a long face the whole time, even when I already finished check in and asked about breakfast she was quite inpatient and told me all is included in the card(but the card doesn’t answer my question where is the breakfast!) I travelled in different cities in US and stayed in different hotels and this is really the most terrible one, it makes me wonder if she is racist. But at that time I was too tired and too disappointed to argue about this. Though the breakfast was good, the bad beginning ruined the whole stay

The rooms were great, but mine did not have a refrigerator. Also, upon check-in I was told about the continental breakfast which I thought was included in my stay, but after eating I was brought a bill which I think was undeserved because the buffet did not offer enough items that I can eat within my diet. If I knew that I would be charged $31, I would’ve preferred to eat elsewhere.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Flight was canceled home and needed somewhere clean and close by. Only issue was the airport shuttle was running behind by like 20 min. We almost had to get an Uber. Lots of people were complaining about this. Don’t know if it was just an issue that day or if the shuttle runs behind frequently.

Room was clean. Got there much later than expected and forgot to call but the guy at the desk was still able to get us squared away. Breakfast buffet isn't free but was quite delicious.
