Ground floor in-law studio unit in Outer Mission home. This unit looks out onto the garden, which is a shared space with the 2 other units in this home. 30 day min stay. All rentals subject to the terms of our Rental Agreement to be provided by host after booking.
This garden in-law unit:
- is part of a home with 2 other units that are separately rented out
- is on the back yard side of the ground floor, but has a couple steps to access
- has 1 Queen Bed, TV, 2 chairs and a small coffee table, small workstation
- has 1 full bathroom with shower and tub
- has no stove, but has a small space with a full size refrigerator and small bar sink
Common areas/items shared with the other 2 units includes includes:
- back yard
- washer, dryer, sink, and refrigerator in basement
- Verizon 4G LTE Home wifi
All common areas shared with 2 other units.
BYO toiletries, consumable products are not provided.
No garage parking, street parking only.
