Welcome to my modern townhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful patio overlooking the garden and comfortable brand new beds.

Conveniently located; just a 6 minute drive to SFO, 2 minute walk to CVS, Safeway, Starbucks, some restaurants, or a 15 min walk to Burlingame Ave Downtown with lots of restaurants and shops and the Burlingame Caltrain.

For the cleanliness of all guests, we have a strict no-shoe policy. Shoe covers are provided as an alternative.

About the property:
The townhouse includes a total of 3 floors. The first floor (ground level) is the shared garage with gated entry. The second floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio and a half bathroom. The third floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the laundry area.

Parking:
You will have dedicated access to two parking spaces located at the end of the gated garage which will be marked accordingly. You can use either of these spots at your convenience. Please do not park in the other spaces as they are reserved.

Restricted Spaces:
Master bedroom closet, under stairs storage area and the hallway closet are restricted spaces. Alternatives like an additional closet have been provided.

TV Channels:
Live TV and sports channels are provided via YouTube TV

Massage Chair:
A massage chair is provided for your use and is cleaned and sanitized after every guest. Kindly use the provided plastic foot covers for sanitary purposes.

Wireless Printer:
A wireless printer is provided for your use and can be accessed once you are connected to the home wifi.
