Need to stay in the city for a year or so? You just found a prime location in South Beach to experience San Francisco lifestyle at it's best! Behold, the coveted architecture of a historic conversion loft while enjoying all the conveniences of condo living in SF.
Situated in the Historic Harbor Lofts, in the center of SF's vibrant waterfront, this distinctive & luxurious 2BR & 2BA condo will definitely provide you with remarkable experience & satisfaction that will make you come back to SF again & again!
The Space:
Our loft is featured in Dream Homes Northern California, Copyright 2007 by Panache Partners, LLC.
Constructed in 1856, Harbor Lofts was originally known as the Hathaway Warehouse, a key shipping and distribution facility in the center of SF's vibrant waterfront. The rehabilitation and conversion of this national historic landmark in 1996 to 1997 resulted in a splendid brick structure... and this amazing unit is part of it!
At almost 2000 square feet of living space, it is the largest loft in this historic building and is very unique. The interior features exposed brick and timber accents and offer direct access to a two-story central courtyard. With stunning, 18-foot vaulted ceilings, it also has a huge front window that fills the main living area with natural light; a large custom automated fish aquarium, and the historic original steel fire door.
This exceptional loft also has a spacious gourmet kitchen with premium Wolf, Viking, Miele, and SubZero appliances, not to mention a temperature-controlled wine cellar! The large executive-style home office has two desks and features plenty of built-in maple cabinetry plus filing cabinets for your use during your stay. Primp and style yourself in the two large designer bathrooms with white marble floors and gasp - a walk-in closet! Relax and dream in the two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has custom designer triple bunk beds, a reading nook, and a large closet. Bonus: for your convenience, there is also a washer and a dryer in the unit! What more can you ask for?
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house.
The property has a private entrance and comes with an loft-coveted covered parking spot that can accommodate any type of car or SUV – a rarity in San Francisco. Feel free to use two cable TVs powered by Comcast, plus all utilities are all included!
The Neighborhood:
Located on the corner of Spear and Harrison Streets, this luxury loft is in an amazing location just 1 block to the Embarcadero Waterfront and public transportation and many of San Francisco's finest restaurants. Here are some of our favorites:
* Prospect Restaurant (1 block away)
* Palomino Restaurant (kiddie corner)
* Crunch Gym (kiddie corner)
* The Ferry Building (Peet's Coffee, Gott's Roadside,
Hog Island Oyster, Market Bar, Cowgirl Creamery)
* Woodland's Market (groceries; 2.5 blocks)
* Speciality's Deli (3 blocks), Eatsa (3 blocks)
* Pampered Hands Nail Salon (3 blocks)
Getting Around:
The property is about 10-minute walk from the Ferry Building, Financial District, SOMA, AT&T Park.
Other Things to Note:
Upon confirmation, we will send a welcome kit that will give you more details about the house and details on gaining entry (sent 3 to 5 days prior to your arrival date).
Tenants must sign a lease and complete all HOA forms prior to their stay
Just a quick heads up that our HOA does not allow move-ins or move-outs on weekends and holidays.
Security Deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be requested at the time of booking. This is fully refundable after the stay as long there are no damages found or no extra cleaning incurred.
Please Note: A processing fee applies to all reservations. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the timing or reason for the cancellation. We encourage guests to review all reservation details carefully before booking.
