The location & the price was reasonable for a bay area visit. 「Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount.
