The 107 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and beach or pool towels. A baby cot is also available. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on site. The property features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. At the farm's headquarters, about 400 meters from the apartment, you can charge electric cars for an extra fee.
