“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. “It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. “Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point. The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. “We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.”

“Fabulous stay at this hotel, my 1st time but certainly will not be my last. The hotel was so clean, staff friendly and hard working. The beds are super comfy and the apartment very spacious with all self catering equipment needed. The room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and most importantly to us curly haired girlies a proper hairdryer. Plenty of storage & hangers and a safe which is free to use. Also free use of pool towels. Could not fault this hotel and I will return.”
