This property was overrated and photoshopped. We knew it was small but looked like an unskilled person did the decor/room set up. Dirty rug on the floor, shower head held up by a shoe string, one metal worn chair and one metal folding chair, electric outlets possibly out of code. Patio was a mess with weed barrier showing through, broken chairs, trash along side of building and broken gate. This was minimalist property at best.I must say the gentleman who identified as the property manager was nice.

Great for our needs

It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle. She still slept pretty well. The bathroom area is a little tight. The hosts made it functional. If you’re bigger than me (5’8” - 150#) you might find it really tight. Overall, it met our needs for our 4-night stay.
