“Great location. On a quiet side street just a few blocks from the main thoroughfare through Moab. Had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery store and area attractions of Canyonlands, Arches, and Dead Horse State Park.”

“This might be a must-pass, based on the dirtiness of the place. For example, the table was sticky, the chair pads at the table were filthy (unwashed), the kitchen floor hadn't been mopped, and I don't think the toilet in the en suite had been wiped down.On the other hand, this is a big apartment with very comfy beds (the bed linens smelled clean) and my grandkids loved the pool, although it hadn't been cleaned for the season.The price was fine, except that it was so dirty. So, renter beware.”

“After many stays in VRBOs over the years this is the first property I’ve been to that over delivered. It is listed as luxury and definitely fits the bill. Well stocked and in a good location right in town. We stayed in unit 2. I can’t speak for other units but this unit was surprisingly large and clean. I’m guessing the unit is around 1300 sf. It has tall vaulted ceilings with nice finishes and is well furnished. Everything we used or plugged into worked. The tap water is either well water or……

“We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June 2025. The location is in a quiet townhome community with a pool. We enjoyed the using the grill two nights to prepare supper. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of towels and beach towels if you use the pool. This was a nice location for hitting Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park, and Arches.”
