It sits in a peaceful rural area next to a beautiful fig grove, and every morning the goat herd brings his flock past the house. It is on a no-through track so there is no passing traffic. The house is a converted school house so part of it is small and intimate (teacher's home), and then there is a stunning school hall adjacent. It is filled with nostalgic antiques from the past, which you will either find……

“Todo perfecto”

“Pasamos un fin de semana largo en la casa y quedamos bastante decepcionados por la casa. Nos pareció que las fotos son bastante engañosas por que en las fotos la casa parece muy amplia, luminosa y bastante nueva, pero luego todas las habitaciones e incluso el salón nos parecieron bastante oscuras y pequeñas para un grupo de 6. En general nos encontramos la casa bastante sucia y vieja. Sobre todo el baño y la cocina son bastante viejos. En el anuncio dice que la casa tiene calefacción, pero……

“La casa es perfecta para 7 personas, es verdad que la planta baja no se usa porque la cocina y el comedor están en la pl.primera con lo que utilizamos una terraza para poder estar en el exterior. Sonsoles nos dejó hacer el check out más tarde y pudimos disfrutar del día bañandonos en las pozas y sobre las 17h ir a por las comidas que se podrían estropear y hacer uso del frigorífico. Es de agradecer.”

“Great house for a big family or group of friends. Great views from balconies, and outdoor pool area. Very spacious - Nice bathrooms and small, but good kitchen with all you need to dine in-house. The pools were very popular with us. Jorge and Pilar were very responsive to our needs, - great communication, and for us it has been a great pleasure to stay here. Hope to come back here again for the areas great free-flying and Paragliding - the house made our paragliding competition all the better!……

“Service at times in bar and restaurant slow as too many people and too little waiters. Especially on the weekend a bit difficult. Hotel is nice and has its own charm. However overall renovation is from quite a while back and therefore feels a bit old fashioned. Good place to explore gredos and would stay again!”
