The place is very nice and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The only problem is that the Vrbo lists parking, but what is meant by that is that there is street parking. Finding street parking in condado beach is a nightmare so for anyone booking this place, be aware of that. The Vrbo should not list parking unless it’s a designated spot or at least list it as street parking.

We had an amazing stay at Luxury Windows over Condado Beach in San Juan! The apartment was a charming, comfortable two-bedroom that felt like the perfect home away from home. It was spotless, well-equipped, and surprisingly affordable given its unbeatable location, right across from the beach! Waking up being just steps from the sand made every morning feel like a dream. It was also the ideal base for exploring both Condado and Old San Juan. We spent our days wandering through the colorful streets, enjoying delicious local food in Old San Juan, at La Placita, and Arecibo and even picked up some great Bad Bunny merch while we were there We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of San Juan! The hosts also recommended a local tour guide, which made exploring even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Fantastic Stay Close to the Beach/Old San Juan!

It was a great week here in San Juan and a great place to stay. Very centrally located in the Condado area with many great restaurants and bars located within 5 minute walking distance. If you're the gambling type there is a casino directly across the street from the entrance to the condo. The ocean side of the beaches is a great area to relax with many of the hotels in the area providing seating and drink service(for a price), but we found that the lagoon offered a great area to snorkel and relax as well! The VRBO itself had everything available to us that we could we could have asked for upon entry, sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, waters in the fridge. We did a light grocery trip to start the week but thats all that was needed given all of the great food in the area. It was also one of the safer stays we had with key entry into the lobby and key entry for use of the elevators/stairways. It was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and the Host was very quick to answer any questions we had in regards to the property. Old San Juan is a quick uber ride over the bridge and the ubers are so inexpensive you can get basically get anywhere in San Juan for less than 15 dollars, we also took advantage of the many E-Scooters in the area to get from point A-B in a fun way! All in all it was a great spot to experience San Juan and I would highly suggest a stay here!
