The hotel is nice and can walk to quite a few places. Front desk was helpful with recommendations on food. Was able to walk to La Placita as well.

Hotel is in outstanding conditions. Clean decoration is amazing. Room space is acceptable. Neighborhood is not the best but hotel is safe. Good location near to everything in metro area. The only complaint i have is noise level. I was 1st floor right in front of entrance i can hear all the talks from ppl coming late. They know and they even give you earplugs. If i stay needs to be 2nd floor and up.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. I would stay there again. The location was very convenient to everything. The rooms are modern, the bed is comfortable. It would be nice to have hooks in the room to hang wet towel and clothes. The patio on the 4th floor was a nice touch. There are several good restaurant's and bars within walking distance. It is convenience for Uber pickup & drop off.

I stayed at The Looking Glass Hotel in Santurce and had such a great experience! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and super comfortable exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The only thing worth noting is that the surrounding area didn’t feel the safest at first glance, but honestly it wasn’t too bad once I settled in. Inside the hotel, though, everything was perfect and I always felt secure. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Looking Glass Hotel to anyone visiting Santurce it’s a hidden gem!

Front desk was just amazing very nice, very helpful, informative, and always available arrived at 2am and still could get ahold of them to change my entrance code to get in and throughout the trip they where giving me info and recommendations so helpful.

It’s a beautiful historical hotel with modern amenities. However, we booked it as an overnight stay before leaving for home from the airport. I’d highly recommend it if you are visiting San Juan to party and enjoy the night life. But we had to be up at 3am for our flight and we both got zero sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every roaring engine, every partying group as they walk down the sidewalk, and every loud drunk person that is staying in the hotel as well. They provide earplugs, but even using them, it was no help. WAY TOO LOUD. There are also strange plumbing issues because of the age of the building, so you were not allowed to flush toilet paper and it had to be disposed of in the trash can. Very unsanitary.

No hay estacionamiento disponible solo en la calle alrededor y distante y no hay quien te atienda y reciba después de las 8:00 q fue la hora en que llegue. Por lo demás todo excelente.
