"This was the worst hotel my husband and I ever stayed in for their was no headboard to keep your pillow on the bed so my husband layed sideways with his feet hanging off of bed and I had to lay sideways also so he layed his head against the wall.The bed only had 2 pillows went to office asked for 2 more they stated they may not have any more. They brought one pillow to us that had yellow stain marks all over pillow slip.I used microwave for 4 minutes and it was so hot on outside side panel that a child could burn themselves Next to bed. The width of room was so small my husband sideways was wall to wall touching for his height and we paid over 175.00 for room..Shame on them . The list goes on and on and they do not make coffee until 8am."

"Nice enough property. Email that told us exactly where to find our room was misleading, giving the address as 1800 Rosario Road. The actual address of the room was 2300 Rosario Road. We drove around quite a bit looking for 1800. Google Maps put us between 1600 and 1900 but 1800 was not found. Hostess at the nearby restaurant pointed out where to go to talk to someone onsite who could direct us to our room (the building markings were not explicit that we would find someone there to help us; we had driven it past several times). He was cordial but gave me the impression, after I showed him the email from the property, that he thought I should have known based on the room number which started with 23. We enjoyed the water view from our deck."

10/10 Excellent

"From checking in with Tara, to checking out with Zoe the whole experience was seamless. Karla, Abbie, Heather and Austin took great care of us in the bar/dining area. Everyone was nice and helpful, it seemed like this hotel had a well ran staff. The views are breathtaking and it is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. Room was cleaned and well stalked with everything we would need. Highly recommend and would come back again. Thank you guys for making it such a wonderful time!"
