The home has been in our family for over 100 years. It features 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a private office with a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has blackout curtains to for a great night's rest. There is also a lovely living room, full kitchen with all updated amenities, a large dining area, and separate laundry room. Once you are back from exploring San Luis Obispo & the Central Coast you can step outside and enjoy the ambiance of the brand-new backyard patio. The patio features a large gas bbq and outdoor sink to make cooking a breeze. Take advantage of the beautiful views and dine outside at the table that seats 8.
