“Generalizando nuestra estadía fue maravillosa , la propiedad cumplió con nuestra expectativas. La administradora la señora Mónica muy amable y cooperativa con todo ,una anécdota del buen servicio es que en un transporte mi pasaporte lo dejé caer sin darme cuenta y cuando le comuniqué ella enseguida me lo recupero y me lo trajo de vuelta mil gracias por su amabilidad.. El lugar muy céntrico ,cerca de playas,comercios y restaurantes. Sin dudas en otras vacaciones nos quedaríamos en el mismo……

“Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. San Andres is probably one of the poorer islands in the Caribbean. Since it can't take cruise ships, it relies on Colombian tourists. I don't think there are a lot of expats……

“We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . The place has a functioning washer and a powerful AC in every room. It was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I were to visit San Andrés again.”

“Very nice to be outside of town and have a great view of the sea and our own pool. There were iguanas, other lizards, and giant hermit crabs in the yard. Geckos hanging out in the patio. Quick trip by mule wherever you wanted to be. Staff was incredible.”

“The staff at the house were kind, helpful and prompt to address any of our requests. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable but could use some repairs. We had a torrential rain one night and the rain poured into the house through doors and windows. The wifi did not reach most places in the house, so that was inconvenient when we needed to be inside due to rain. Overall, the location was on a quiet side of the island, it felt safe and had a beautiful view. The pool was amazing and it was……

“The best things about this place: Fast wifi, and great AC! Also the Kent sent messages frequently letting us know check in details and answered any questions we had. We saw him daily outside as he came and went. It was very easy to make buggy reservations with him, and his friend Eddy responded to us whenever we needed help with that. You also have the chance to make tourist reservations with Kent, but we had booked those prior. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores within……

“Excellent small hotel with large studio rooms set around a lovely quiet sunny courtyard with Jacuzzi.close to all the bars ,shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach.will stay here again..staff very friendly and helpful”

“It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. The flat is very clean and the cleaning lady cleans the shared kitchen every day, she also cleans your room Regularly , and changes sheets and towels ( once during a week’s stay). The……

“La struttura é molto carina, le camere sono pulite e tenute molto bene. Il personale é molto gentile, si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. C’è possibilità di combinare tutti i vari tour tramite il ragazzo della reception, che è davvero molto gentile. La posizione é vicino all’aeroporto, quindi non proprio in centro ma dista 20 minuti a piedi. A 5 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e nelle vicinanze si possono trovare caffetterie/ristoranti. Consiglio in quanto la zona é molto tranquilla ”

“Love that it was very close to the beach and little markets around the corner. Restaurants are easily accessible here and the area is quiet as well. AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out). Staff was easily accessible and answered our questions as well. FYI it is not common to know places by address it is better if you name a common business near by so they know……

“Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio. “Hotel muito bom, simples mas proximo de tudo, seu Luiz muito simpático, assim como as funcionárias, alguns adendos , nao tem agua quente , mas como faz muito calor na ilha nao fez falta, coisas que podem melhorar: internet é muito fraca, e tv deveria ter uma smart, ja que a tv local so tem uns 06 canais e todos estatais . ”
