The Apartment house is in a little building with elevator just 100 metres from the beach and near Piazza Fontana. The one-room flat is for 2/4 guests. It is situated on the first floor. It consists of a living room with kitchen and 2 double sofa beds, 1 bathroom with shower (shower curtain), habitable balcony and covered parking place.
