The Apartment with elevator is situated close to the pedestrian zone of Lido dei Pini, 100 m from the sea.
The three-room flat with a/c is ideal for 4/6 guests. It is on the 3rd floor with a huge attic terrace with fireplace. It consists of a living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with a window and a shower box, a double room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a covered numbered parking place.
The lift leaves only from the front door and does not reach the parking spaces.
