「该宾馆住宿条件性价比较高，位置优越。距离周边景点步行可达。不过注意，没有饮用水配置，全程只给我了2小瓶水，早餐要另外收费，这些在预定时写的是有早餐，但事实上是有，但收费。晚餐还不错当然也是收费的。房间设施老旧，服务员态度友好。」

「This place is ok, the food was ok, the room is ok, the weird elevator is useful .. the staff at the front desk are “you do you, help yourself , I have zero opinion “ - they didn’t seem sure about anything - about where to eat “go to the centro” they said - that’s it . The location kinda sucks , it’s 10 minute walk to the main “jardín” - no where to eat on the way there or back … it’s hard to walk back and forth all day .. easily I did 15k steps a day and a lot of it was walking back and forth...

「I can’t stress enough what a beautiful property is to be enjoyed at Aqua Live San Miguel De Allende. The grounds are beautiful, green and lush. The staff was so genuine and friendly. Always willing to help. I was so impressed by the housekeepers. We came back to the room after a day of sightseeing, and the room was immaculate. But beyond that, the housekeeper had organized all of our toiletries in such a thoughtful way. Can’t wait to go back.」

「The rooms were clean, basic and very comfortable. Gettiing in was easy once we figured out you had to touch the door knob to light up the keypad. It is all password entry to both room and front door. You are given a smart key for your stay, but the password still works. They are very communicative on WhatsApp so download it if you dont have, this is the way to communicate with a lot of services in Mexico. No TV's which was great for us, also no safe or refrigerator so just be aware. Rooms are...

「Nos dieron la habitación 26 sin duda la mas austera de todo el hotel. Solo contaba con toallas y un jabon chiquito, apenas cabia una cama matrimonial, la ventana daba a una pared (claustrofóbico y obscuro el cuarto) y estaba sobre un pasillo donde esta el cuarto de maquinas de la alberca. El room service de 24 horas no es verdad, llamamos a las 10:00 am y dijeron que ya habían cerrado la cocina y solo nos llevaron un cuernito porque tuvimos "suerte" y una cerveza caliente porque no la tenian en...
