"I have booked VRBOs in Punta Cana, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, the Florida Keys, Monte Rico, Guatemala, and multiple other beaches in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and Hotel Cool Breeze is a stand out. It is a surprisingly large and well laid out space right by the beach, but that is not what sets it appart. El Cuco os an exceptional place. It is a wonderful beach that is 100% authentic . It is not a beuatiful place that unlike most other beaches is not surrounded by generic tourist trap restaurants and oversized resorts. El Cuco is an unspoiled authentic beach full of locals and small local eateries and tiendas with "locals" pricing. With in steps of the beach our party of 4could eat any meal for under 20. The beach was free of barkers walking back and forth trying to sell trinkets. And the boat tours and other diversions that were available were pressure free and only offered once. This may be the most relaxing unhurried beach experience we have ever had and was a wonderful departure from the growing trend of beaches becoming so franchised that all locals and cultures disappear. I would recommend it to everyone who can appreciate how special such a place is and who promises to keep it a secret."
