"The hotel had no running water for more than six hours, and the electricity was constantly going out. The food quality was terrible, and my husband became sick with what appeared to be food poisoning after eating at the resort.
To make matters worse, I developed a severe ear infection after spending time in the pool. According to my doctor, the infection was likely caused by exposure to contaminated pool water. I am still dealing with the infection, facial swelling, pain, and multiple rounds of antibiotics days after leaving the resort.
The only staff member who provided good service was the gentleman who escorted us to our room. Unfortunately, management was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns about my husband's illness and requested assistance with medical expenses. Instead of helping, I was asked to sign a document stating that the hotel was not responsible.
This was one of the worst resort experiences my family has ever had. Between the lack of water, repeated power outages, health issues, and poor handling of customer concerns, I cannot recommend this resort."
