“Margarita and her staff went above and beyond the week I stayed there in September of 2025. Though she is a manager, she helped with my luggage upon arrival and departure. She knew I was traveling alone and would be without people I knew for my birthday, and she went out of her way to ensure I had a wonderful birthday and week, with a small present, a chocolate treat and a personalized, colorful birthday note.
