Good size, well equipped clean rooms in a fairly unremarkable building. Being over 60 we struggled a bit with the online registration process but got there in the end. If you are looking for a budget option close to San Sebastián I would highly recommend this. Great coffee shop just across the road and up the hill as well.

Its location is very convenient to visit the old Bilbao. Having to check in in one location and the room in another was a little confusing but the staff did an amazing job guiding us

Excellent and affordable place to stay in Astigarraga, near San Sebastian. Great cider houses nearby for lunch and dinner. Parking is found on the street, but the rooms are clean, modern, and basic in room size. Book a room when prices in Donostia get out of control.

Great accommodation. Location great for San Sebastián visit - used the no. 13 bus from outside the Pension, 15 minutes into the city. Room was perfect, large double bed, fridge, kettle etc. lovely shower. Would highly recommend.

Our room was spacious, very clean had everything you needed. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the town was lovely, people very friendly and helpful, a lovely place to visit as we found out on our 2 night stay, very convienient for walking to the town.

Good place with friendly service

Good place with friendly service. Area very nice with decent restaurants. In relative close proximity to San Sebastian, and if you're in an electric car, there is a charger just outside the hotel.

A surprise in an industrial area. Nice large rooms. If travelling by car it’s a great location and stay. That said, the bar was just below our window and the smokers and drinkers went to 5:30 in the morning.

Nice rooms but not the best breakfast

Reception is not manned all the time, but phone number to call. Good service. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast (in the bar just by the pensionat) is poor. Homemade juice, coffee and croissant. No gluten free options. Little bit hard to find parking place. My colleague had a refrigerator but not in my room.
