This two bedroom and two bath rental is located in the desired neighborhood of Marine Terrace in Cambria! If you're looking for long walks with beautiful, ocean views this location is for you.

You enter this home on the second level and you are welcomed into the main living area-- a cozy, living room with a gas fireplace and the kitchen/dining room. Enjoy countless sunsets from the deck while soaking in the beauty of the Central Coast! You will find both bedrooms upstairs as well as the full bathroom. The back yard is fenced in, making it very private for your hot tub soak and a great spot for your pet to play! This house is just three, short blocks from the beach and a few houses down from one of the main trailheads of the Fiscalini Ranch. You can access great hiking and biking trails with incredible ocean and forest views! Don't miss out on booking this great rental!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

The location is off the charts fabulous. The house was very comfortable and cozy. Great layout. Good amenities. My only issue, and the reason for the 4-star rating, is that the internet went out during my stay and despite following the very detailed instructions left by the host, I was unable to get it restarted. My cell service was also terrible but I think that's on AT&T, not the host. Thankfully I brought some books with me. Oh, one minor complaint. The lighting in the house is very poor. But despite the issues I had, I really enjoyed my stay.

We loved staying at this lovely home right next to the ranch. The views are as advertised and we loved being able to walk the preserve with our dog everyday. The home, though small is well designed and very practical in how things have been laid out, which we loved.

Nice home in a peaceful location with a beautiful view from the main floor deck and master bedroom windows. I think it is best suited for a couple or small family. Be prepared for stairs.

Great Place!

Great views and you can hear the ocean really well (especially at night), which is a huge plus. Right by the Fiscalini Preserve, which is such a great place to hike/walk. The place was super clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Crow's Nest in August 2024. The home was clean and comfortable, and it was in a great location. I especially loved that they allow pets AND I could park in the garage. If I could change anything, it would be to have a king-size bed in the master bedroom instead of a queen. I did have a few issues during my stay that were totally out of the owner/landlord's control. The power in the neighborhood went out frequently, twice for over an hour during our five-day stay. The neighbor across the street said it happens all the time, and I did hear a few backup generators fire up each time, so it must be an ongoing issue. Also, there was a lot of daytime noise from landscaping, construction, etc. However, these issues didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the property.

Restful haven

As returning guests, we knew what to expect from Crow’s Nest: great location and comfortable accommodations. Loved having coffee on the front balcony listening to the waves, occasional hills, and cooing morning doves. Fiscalini Ranch is a gem and a great place to walk our dogs. Looking forward to returning.

Wouldn't go back! The hot tub wasn't serviced and manager knew it. I told her the next day of our visit. Its the reason I rented this place Nice place but would find another next time. Small, clean, but nothing spectacular.

Relaxing home, beautiful area

The house was perfect for me, my husband, and two kids (ages 10 & 11) as well as our dog. The porch overlooked the nature preserve and ocean. We saw deer, crabs, sea lions, and such amazing nature. The walk and sunsets at the preserve were awesome. The house had just what we needed including the hot tub and room set-up. The downtown is cute. We saw Hearst Castle and even trekked into Paso Robles area doing honey tasting at John Creek Farm, olive oil tasting at Olea Farms, and ax throwing & archery for Father’s Day at Cass Winery. What an amazing trip!!!

Wonderful Getaway

The house was perfect for our getaway. We enjoyed morning coffee and wine with sunset from the deck while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. We walked our dog on the nearby ranch trail each day we were there. The location is a lovely and peaceful neighborhood easily accessible to Hwy 1 for adventuring during the day. The hot tub was a real treat at night. We will return!

The house is very close to a natural park area and the ocean. Location is wonderful. Very convenient to downtown Cambria as well. We had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend.

Perfect place close to the ocean

Initially wasn't crazy about the width of the steps going up to the place but got over that quickly. It was everything we wanted for just the two of us. Being a very clean place made a very nice first impression. I wish the "yard" was bigger for the dog but we were so close to the trail, that didn't really seem to matter much. All in all it was a great stay and yes, we would rent that home again.

Relaxing vacation

My family traveled from Los Angeles to get a break from city life. This house was perfect for my husband and 3 sons. It’s a few houses away from the reserve where we went hiking, tide pools, saw sea otters and seals. The views were fantastic. You could hear the ocean waves at night. There are deer wandering the streets which my kids thought was just amazing. Checkin process was easy, it’s right downtown about 7 minutes away from the home. They give you a choice of a local bottle wine or champagne. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back.
